Good morning everybody!
I can be very cranky some of the mornings. My mood will be so bad and I will feel very demotivated. After many years, I found reasons for my crankiness.
1. Good breakfast
I realised when I eat good breakfast and if it my favourite somemore, my mood will be good. And, if I did not get to eat anything or if my breakfast is bad, my mood will be very bad. My crankiness will start to show.
2. Good texts/calls from nice people
The morning will be cheerful when we we receive sweet texts or calls from anyone special. All the crankiness will vanish and the mood will be lifted up immediately. I will be cheerful and start doing my works with full spirit. But, if I text or call and I did not get any proper response from them, my crankiness will be multiplied.
3. Wake up early
I realised I will start my day in a good mood if I managed to wake up early and have enough time to get ready to work in my slow pace. I will have more time to dress up properly and make myself look good. But if I wake up late, I will be very rushing and I would not have time to get ready properly and will look shabby in the morning. It will spoil my mood. So looking good improves my mood actually.
These are the three main things affecting my mood in the morning. Other factors are on off only. But these things happen on daily basis. Since I know the reasons, I am working on myself and trying to feel good in the morning. Because how I feel in the morning will carry forward for the whole day actually.

Yes I am aggree wih you. First mood early morning really affect the whole day . Positive vibe is really helpfull for us to handle our emotion on that day. You are lucky when younhave found your problem. Hopefully happiness will always comes into your daily life forever. I am haopy for you

ReplyDeletei am agree with you..good breakfast also bring your good mood. Absotulately we need positive message from whatsapp or anything to bring up our day rite. wake up early tu tak leh promise..sebab everyday i woke up at 5pm prepare all the thing kiddos and hubby..oh my day..very pack dow haha

ReplyDeleteI got cranky if I am hungry hahaha...good breakfast is a must. I don't like receive call early in the morning. Message also don't like. Basically don't disturb me in the morning. huhuhuh

ReplyDeletesetuju. ada masanya emosi dan perasaan kita terganggu pada waktu pagi. mahu atau tidak, hanya kita yang tahu bagaimana cara untuk menangani emosi dan perasaan yang terganggu pada waktu tersebut. tapi jangan biarkan emosi dan perasaan yang menguasai kita sepenuhnya.

ReplyDeleteI do feel better if I wake way earlier in the morning. Since my kids (4 year old and 7 months old) wake up around 6am in the morning, the best time for me to wake up is around 5am. Wake up, get my shower, a cup of hot tea and a nice view from my window
ReplyDeleteSetuju setuju! Waktu pagi kena dimulakan dengan semua yang indah-indah. Sekali ada yang bikin spoil rosak the whole day. Bukan mudah nak turn happy mood semula.
ReplyDeletenice sharing ! i also sometimes have cranky morning. everytime i wake up early, the first thing i find in the kitchen is food. food will solve everything. hahaha

ReplyDeletesometimes...i also cranky just immediately i wake up from bed..especially when i need to do something urgently on that day..so normally what i did...i just continue my sleep...heheh
ReplyDeleteTB selalu doa sebelum tidur hope pagi esok bangun dengan wajah yang ceria, hati gembira, dan moga yang baik-baik je datang esoknya.. huhu.. kadang ok la jadi tips tu.. bangun dengan happy.. hehehe
ReplyDeleteTeringat zaman kerja dulu. Kalau waktu pagi mood happy, sampai ke petang akan rasa happy.

I just need the second one. I need someone to call me and gives good vibes! But instead can hear kids crying don't want to go school. hahaha.

ReplyDeleteSis kalau bagun pagi jarang moody sb tahu akan effect our day. Selalunya pagi bangun minum air kosong dulu then barulah mandi..pandang cermin n senyum supaya dtg swmangat utk seharian.
